I choose all my wood with the greatest care according to specific criteria: beauty, stability, and the way it is cut.
Under my supervision, the wood is sawn at the sawmill in a way that is tailored to its use. The wood is then left to dry naturally for several years; it is then cut and stabilised for several months.
